What I like best about Cheryls nutrition  coaching is that it comes from a well thought out and purposeful approach. Everything you are assigned to eat is thoroughly implemented based on your body's needs to achieve your goals. It far exceeds just counting macros. Cheryl takes into consideration your sleep, your stress levels, your exercise regimes etc and  customizes a plan to help you achieve optimal results. I've loved transitioning into an organic whole foods lifestyle and a well laid out nutrition plan has made eating clean and healthy, delicious.

There are many things that I like about your program but I think the best part about it is that it is doable and more importantly sustainable. It is hard, in the beginning, to adjust and change your habits but the rewards are so worth it!! I feel better than I have in several years. I do not want to go back to my old habits and feel confident that you have given me the tools and guidance to not let this happen. The support and encouragement that you give along the way makes all the difference. For me, if I did not have the accountability piece with the 15 minute nutrition consults, I would not have had the same results.

What I like best about Cheryl's nutrition coaching service is the continuous feedback and Cheryl's availability to answer questions or address concerns.  She shares her expertise and knowledge about following a whole food nutrition program in a way that is clear and easy to understand.  I really like her nutrition plans, the meals are great and I appreciate Cheryl's willingness to adjust to my needs.  I also like how encouraging she is throughout the process.  In working with Cheryl I have learned a great deal about proper nutrition and I feel amazing!  She has motivated me to learn more about nutrition and how it is so important to leading a healthy and active lifestyle.

I like the fact that doing nutrition coaching with you has opened up a whole new way of looking at the way proper food impacts the human body. With the meal plans you provide it makes it very easy to follow and prepare food and based on the results that I have achieved it certainly shows that the service you are providing works. Continuously doing weigh-ins/check-ins with you, keeps me honest about following the plan that you provide and gives that little bit of extra motivation to push myself that much harder, to earn that better result that I am working towards. Definitely worth the investment.

I have been working on my nutrition with Cheryl since September 2017, started with the detox program moving on to the nutrition.  Cheryl really cares about your health needs and truly does the best for you as an individual.

I like the fact how in my free eating I get to eat whatever I want and not feel guilty whereas before I rarely ate anything I enjoyed ....but now I can because it's built into the plan!

The thing I like the most about Cheryl's coaching at Fuel Elite Nutrition Solutions is she really tries to tailor your meal plan to you and your individual needs. Right off the start she asks what you can't or won't eat, if you enjoy cooking or don't, etc. From there, if there is something you are having trouble with or getting bored with, she will adjust on your next meal plan to ensure that you have the best options to achieve your goals.  You also learn a lot about what, how much and when you should be eating. 


Cheryl will hold you accountable but still support you and encourage you and cheer you on.

I have tried counting macros, using My Fitness Pal app, I've joined FB groups, purchased macro meal plans, and NONE OF IT WAS FOR ME!  This 12 day detox taught me a lot about myself.  I learned that I'm a lot more determined than I could have imagined.  I learned that a glass of wine is a habit, not a requirement.  I learned that when you fuel your body with whole foods that you wake up feeling amazing.  I learned that you sleep better and more soundly when you're nourished and not dehydrated.  I learned that I could survive PMS without chocolate.....I may have cried the craving was so strong lol, but when the timing is right, some greek yogurt and a piece of fruit are perfect substitutes.  I learned that I'm a stress eater.  I have a super busy and hectic job, and when the stress starts to build, I found myself thinking "I need chocolate". All this garble to say, I learned that as tough as it was in moments of time, I did it.  I did it without cheating.  I'm looking forward to our next step! 


P.S. Yes, I'm going to have some smoked ham for Easter, and likely some bacon with my eggs 🙂. But what I won't do, is throw away all this hard work for the sake of a holiday.  I'll be ready to get after it again!”
