Your plan is your plan. It only takes your laboratory values, your metabolism and your individual nutritional situation into account and provides you with all the necessary calories, protein, fat and carbohydrates. You will learn which foods are good for you and which are not. The result of this? It is up to you whether you achieve your goal and whether you continue to implement the knowledge you have learned leading to long term success. What weight loss results should I expect?Healthy weight loss is 1-3 pounds per week. In the first 16 days you can expect to lose 5%-8% of your total body weight. After the first two phases you should expect 1%-2% per week, until your optimal body weight has been achieved.
