I am very serious and need help and guidance as soon as possible. I need to make a change to improve my health and lifestyle. Let’s Do this!

I would like to be more active but I’m not very serious about making changes.

I want these changes very much but I need accountability as I don’t feel motivated and keep falling off whenever I start something. I am looking for a goal that will keep me on track.
